The site is fully translated into 9 languages: English, Turkish, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Russian and Arabic (right-to-left). Japanese, Korean, Chinese and Hindi are included but switched off; turn them on after translating them.
Go to Admin → Languages. Each language has:
Code: ISO 639-1 code such as tr, or with a region such as pt-br.
Name (in English) and Native name (as speakers write it, shown in the language switcher).
Flag: the country whose flag represents the language in the switcher, for example us or gb for English. Leave it empty for the default.
Text direction: right to left for Arabic, Persian, Hebrew and Urdu.
Active and Default.
Admin → Translations lists every text of the site. Pick a language and edit the strings; changes appear immediately.
Pages, blog posts and categories have one tab per language in their editor. Platform landing pages are created in every included language automatically.
