We email every customer when a new version is released, with a download link and what changed. Updates keep your settings, content, translations and uploads.
Download the latest zip from the link in our update email. If you did not receive it, write to [email protected].
Back up your files and database (for example with cPanel Backup).
Upload the new zip and extract it over the existing files. Your settings, uploads and config/config.local.php are kept.
If install.php reappears, delete it. The installer stays locked anyway.
Open Admin → System check and click Update database if updates are listed. The dashboard also shows a warning while an update is waiting.
